PALANTIR.
Strategic reasoning over signals, scenarios, and adversary models. The seer of the cooperative.
PALANTIR is the strategic intelligence specialist. It ingests structured and unstructured signals, builds adversary and scenario models, runs counterfactual deliberation, and produces signed analytical artefacts the rest of the cooperative can act on. Every output carries a confidence interval and a lineage trace to the underlying sources, so a regulator can walk back from a strategic conclusion to the evidence it was built on. PALANTIR works closely with SENTINEL on security posture and with ZEUS on governance implications.
- 01Signal ingest and structured triage across heterogeneous sources
- 02Scenario synthesis and counterfactual deliberation
- 03Adversary and threat-actor modelling with explicit assumptions
- 04Signed analytical artefacts with regulator-traceable lineage
Authoritative external corpora and standards this brain treats as canonical. Every retrieval against these sources is signed into the audit ledger so a regulator can prove which evidence drove which output.

Mickai-native tooling primitives this brain implements internally. Codex for sovereign plain-text graph PKM, Lectern for spaced-repetition memory, Stele for citation-provenance, and domain-native primitives layered on top. No external services in the trust path; data stays on operator-personalised hardware.
