The career arc into Mickai runs through the Web3 product years. Chief Marketing Officer at SportsIcon (NFT and sports-metaverse platform, October 2021 to June 2022), at MetaENGINE (cloud-based MMO game engine with native blockchain integration, January 2022 to July 2022), and as founding-team Chief Marketing Officer at Yonton Yo Studios (US-based games studio, August 2022 to March 2024). In parallel, original co-founder of Collector Crypt, the digital trading-card marketplace that has gone on to operate as a live on-chain secondary market.

From March 2024 Micky moved out of operational marketing into founder roles. From August 2025 he founded Trust Agent, the 47-point-audited AI companion marketplace, applying the cryptographic primitives developed in the Web3 years to AI agent governance. In parallel, also from August 2025, he founded Mickai LTD, the substrate underneath the audited-AI category. Trust Agent is the consumer-facing audited-AI surface. Mickai is the substrate underneath it, and the substrate underneath every other vendor that ships audited AI into a regulated environment. Mickai is the main focus today.

The thesis is structural. The cloud era of AI was a leasehold on the audit log. The next era is a freehold on the chain. The substrate that makes the next era possible is engineered, not promised: Open Audit Record (OAR) signing with FIPS 204 ML-DSA-65, hash-linked CBOR, browser-resident offline verifier, cross-implementation byte-equivalent conformance test, three-domain trust separation, 50 cooperative brains (25 domain and 25 operational) across seven subsystems under a deterministic arbiter (including Poseidon, the Silicon Substrate brain), Vinis voice federation, and hardware-bound identity under operator custody. The substrate is the foundation of a UK-built, regulated-buyer-grade sovereign AI category, filed at the UK IPO and intended for global protection through the 2026 to 2028 PCT national-phase programme. All 101 filings sit on the UK IPO public register at numbers GB2607309.8 to GB2611702.8, GB2611885.1 onwards, GB2612762.1 to GB2612793.6, and GB2613386.8 to GB2613404.9, filed across March to June 2026. The first batch of 21 applications landed from 30 March 2026, the second batch of 10 on 4 May 2026, the third batch of 9 on 19 May 2026 (including the Sovereign AI SoC quartet under Poseidon, the silicon substrate brain: patents 53 to 57), the fourth batch of 17 on 21 May 2026, and the fifth batch of 32 across 01 to 02 June 2026, and a sixth batch of 12 on 10 June 2026 (the Pantheon Layer-1 bridge and Sentinel). Every May 2026 filing carries a demonstrable working artefact in the Mickai SIOS code tree, which materially strengthens novelty and reduces examiner narrowing risk on prosecution.
