We're holding a demo day, and we'd like to invite angel and institutional investors who are actively looking at AI infrastructure to come along. Not a pitch deck walkthrough. The actual product running, the one we're taking to market in Q1 next year.

What you'll actually see

This is the MVP, version one, running on our own sovereign infrastructure, the same build we're taking to market in Q1. You'll see it work end to end: how a model runs, how access is governed, how an action gets logged, and how that record can be checked afterwards. No slideware standing in for the product. If you're evaluating AI infrastructure investments, this is the version of due diligence that actually tells you something: watching the thing run, asking questions live, and pushing on the parts that matter to you.

Why a demo day, and why now

We've spent the build phase heads down on the architecture itself: a platform that can run fully on an organisation's own infrastructure, connected or not, with governance and audit built in rather than bolted on afterwards. That work is now far enough along that showing it beats describing it. A demo day format lets us do that properly, live, in front of people who ask the right questions, rather than a single call squeezed into someone else's calendar.

What we're not going to do in this article

We're not putting a number in front of you here. No valuation, no round size, no raise. Those conversations happen properly, with the right context, after you've actually seen what we've built. This article exists to do one thing: tell you the demo day is happening, show you it's worth your time, and make it easy to ask to come.
