This policy explains what personal data we collect when you request access to confidential investor materials (the Overview, decks, red-team pack, licensing list and related documents) and how we use it. Mickai LTD is the data controller.

What we collect

• The email address you enter at the access gate.
• Your IP address, an approximate (city/country-level) location derived from it, the document requested, and a timestamp.
• If you request full data-room access, the name and firm you provide.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on these materials. A single signed cookie remembers that you passed the gate so you are not asked again on every document.

Why we use it

• To provide access to confidential materials and keep an attributable record of who viewed what and when.
• To protect those materials against unauthorised disclosure and to comply with our confidentiality obligations.
• To contact you about your enquiry where you have asked us to.

Our legal basis is your consent (given at the gate) and our legitimate interest in protecting confidential business information.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your data. Access logs are handled by our hosting and messaging providers acting as processors on our behalf. We retain access records for as long as the materials remain confidential and for a reasonable period afterwards for audit purposes, then delete them.

Your rights

Subject to UK GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing. To exercise any right, or for any privacy question, contact hello@mickai.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
