A method in which an action requires agreement from a quorum of TPM-attested brains before it executes, and any action that fails after dispatch is reversed by an automatic compensating rollback. Each brain attests its identity through the platform module, the quorum decision and the rollback are recorded under an operator-controlled signature, and the system returns to a known good state on failure.
