A method and system for authorising high-stakes actions of a sovereign personal AI under a single gate resistant simultaneously to operator voice-utterance replay and to prompt-injection-driven misdirection of operator authority. The invention composes the action into a canonical payload, computes a SHA3 digest, captures a fresh voice utterance under a liveness challenge whose challenge phrase is drawn from the said digest, verifies the utterance against an operator voice-print template bound to operator-personalised silicon, and dispatches the same composed-action payload in parallel to a configurable quorum of independent brains. Action emission is permitted only when the voice-print verifier accepts the utterance, the utterance digest binds to the action digest, and the brain quorum returns agreement at or above a per-consent-class threshold; the same captured utterance is unusable against any other composed-action payload.
