About Mickai:

MICKAI® is a Sovereign Intelligence Operating System (SIOS) that regulated organisations own and run inside their own walls, offline, on hardware they control. It is built and live, a working operational product rather than a slide or a prototype. Fifty specialised brains, twenty-five domain and twenty-five operational, sit under more than sixty studios that replace the enterprise cloud stack, from SAP and Oracle to Salesforce and ServiceNow, all running on premises. Every consequential action is sealed into the Open Audit Record, a post-quantum signed ledger under FIPS 204 ML-DSA-65 that verifies offline for years. A self-validating harness passes over a thousand checks, reproducible on the operator's own machine. The IP estate runs to 104 filed UK patent applications and 2,340 claims. Three live commercial surfaces already sit around the system, Mickai Studio, Mickai Bot and Mickai Audit, and the Agentic Marketing Team is the first commercial application, with documented public traction and early clients already lined up. This is not an average pre-seed company. The product works today, the IP is filed, and the market is already responding.

The role:

You own how MICKAI reaches the market and how the patent estate earns. That means enterprise sales into defence, financial services and government, strategic partnerships with major cloud and chip players, and licensing structured around 104 filed UK patent applications and 2,340 claims. You sell a sovereign system that regulated buyers own and run inside their own walls, and carry it through security review and procurement to signature. Because the product is already built and live, you are selling something real, not a roadmap.

What you will own:

  • Build and own the enterprise pipeline into defence, financial services and government
  • Structure and close patent licensing deals with hyperscalers, cloud and chip players
  • Land and run paid pilots that convert into production contracts
  • Sell a sovereign, on premises alternative through security review and procurement
  • Develop strategic partnerships with cloud vendors and defence primes
  • Own commercial forecasting, deal structuring and pricing discipline
  • Represent MICKAI to senior buyers, partners and licensing counterparties

What you bring:

  • Enterprise B2B sales leadership with a record of closing large, complex deals
  • Direct experience selling into regulated sectors such as government, finance or defence
  • IP monetisation or patent licensing experience, or the drive to lead it
  • Fluency in long enterprise sales cycles, security review and procurement
  • Ability to sell a technical, on premises product to technical and non-technical buyers
  • Comfort operating at founder level with ambiguity and full ownership

Nice to have:

  • A live network across hyperscalers, cloud, chip vendors or defence primes
  • Background in B2B SaaS go to market
  • Experience licensing a patent portfolio or standards-essential IP
  • Familiarity with sovereign, on premises or air-gapped deployment requirements

The deal (please read):

This is a founding, part-time role. It carries meaningful sweat equity now and converts to a competitive salary once we close our seed round. It is remote only and open only to applicants based in the United Kingdom or the United Arab Emirates, for legal and compliance reasons. Some overlap with UK hours is appreciated but not required. You join early, with real ownership of the commercial function from day one.
