What is the Mickai closed beta?

The closed beta is how we bring the first design partners onto the Mickai SIOS. Mickai is a Sovereign Intelligence Operating System, an environment where intelligence, applications, and data live together under your control rather than on someone else's infrastructure. During the beta, a small group of partners run the full system on machines they own, so nothing about their work leaves their walls.

This is not a public release, and it is not a waiting list for a hosted service. Every partner runs their own instance, and we work alongside them to refine how the SIOS behaves in real conditions. Micky Irons, founder of Mickai, started the company to give organisations that kind of ownership, and the beta is the first time that promise meets everyday work at the partner's own desk.

If your hardware is capable, you can go on to apply for access from the same page. If it is not, the check is honest about that too, so nobody spends time on an application their machine cannot support. Nothing about the check leaves your browser.

What do design partners get, and give?

Partners get early, hands-on access to the Mickai SIOS running entirely within their own environment, along with a direct line to the people building it. Their feedback shapes what we prioritise, and the features they need are more likely to arrive sooner because they asked for them.

In return, we ask partners to actually use the system, share what works and what does not, and stay in the conversation as the SIOS grows. It is a two-way relationship, and the SIOS is better for it.

Why does it run owned, offline, and provable?

Owned means the SIOS and the intelligence inside it belong to you, on hardware you control. Offline means it can do its work without reaching out to anyone else's servers, so your data has no reason to leave. Provable means you can show, not just assert, that this is the case.
