A proof-of-stake blockchain whose block-validity rule admits and orders only action records that were sealed off-chain on an operator device under a post-quantum module-lattice signature. Validators verify each seal and its hash-chain link as a precondition of ordering, so the chain orders records attested before they reach consensus rather than attesting them afterwards.
