A method for gating the capabilities a sovereign system exposes against a sealed profile of the host hardware. At runtime the system detects the hardware, seals the profile under an operator-controlled key, and enables only those capabilities the hardware can support; capabilities the hardware cannot run are surfaced as unavailable with upgrade guidance rather than failing silently.
