A method for recording the lineage of a transformed artefact such that every processing stage is anchored to the original source and sealed under a post-quantum signature. Each stage records its input hash, its transform, and its output hash, and hash-links to the prior stage, so a verifier can walk any output back to the anchored source and localise where any change was introduced.
