A method and system for establishing a verifiable trust root in a sovereign AI workstation deployed into environments with no network access, such as a submarine, a forward operating base, an Antarctic research station, or a classified ministerial facility. The invention pre-loads a structured set of audit anchors (trusted-timestamp seed, public-key pin set, model-fingerprint registry, software-bill-of-materials hash chain) into operator-personalised silicon under a pre-deployment signing ceremony. At first power-on in the field, the workstation performs mutual attestation with the operator via voiceprint challenge and a one-shot fuse-burn, then operates offline for months accumulating a locally signed audit chain anchored to the pre-loaded seeds; on later reconnection the chain replays end-to-end against the issuing authority.
