Retrieval.
Sovereign retrieval-augmented generation with clearance-ceiling tagging.
Retrieval implements the Privacy-Preserving Sovereign RAG pipeline (patent 05). Every chunk in the on-device corpus is tagged with a clearance ceiling. A query that lacks the right clearance receives the same response as a query for content that does not exist. The system never reveals that classified material was hidden, only that nothing was found. Absence is indistinguishable from nonexistence.
- 01Local vector retrieval with clearance-ceiling enforcement
- 02Indistinguishable-absence response semantics
- 03Source tracking for the audit lineage
- 04Hybrid lexical and semantic search on local indexes
Authoritative external corpora and standards this brain treats as canonical. Every retrieval against these sources is signed into the audit ledger so a regulator can prove which evidence drove which output.

Mickai-native tooling primitives this brain implements internally. Codex for sovereign plain-text graph PKM, Lectern for spaced-repetition memory, Stele for citation-provenance, and domain-native primitives layered on top. No external services in the trust path; data stays on operator-personalised hardware.
