Why I built Training Academy

I built Training Academy because most people trying to learn AI in 2026 are stuck choosing between two bad options: a generic course that never gets past “what is a chatbot,” or a technical course that assumes you already write code. Neither one answers the question people actually have, which is usually some version of “how do I use this at my own job, safely, before someone else figures it out first.”

Training Academy is free because I do not think the basics of understanding AI should have a paywall in front of them. Sixty plus workbooks, no login, no card, nothing collected except a name and email so I can tell you when the certificate exam goes live. Every one of them ends with a certificate you can add straight to your LinkedIn profile or your CV, so the time you put in shows up somewhere real.

It sits inside Mickai’s own reason for existing: I do not think AI earns anyone’s trust by being impressive. It earns it by being understood, checked, and kept under a person’s control, which is exactly what Mickai’s own sovereign AI platform is built around. Training Academy is the part of that mission anyone can pick up today, whether or not you ever touch anything else Mickai makes.

Some of what is actually inside: a plain-English answer to “will AI take my job” that does not just say don’t worry about it, a real method for using AI better at whatever you already do, an honest look at making extra income with AI without the hype, and courses that go all the way from “what is AI” to frontier-model reasoning and agentic systems, depending on where you are starting from.
